Grace is a former television producer, who’s love of the underwater world finally brought her to The Film Company’s doorstep. She trained as a Divemaster in the murky (cold) waters of the UK which she adored. Her Ultimate goal is to go ice diving in the White Sea with a camera. With her PADI Pro Underwater Cinematography certification she is taking step closer to her goals although she’d have to do a lot of acclimatising right now!!!
Our underwater videographers are widely recognised as the most professional underwater creatives due to the extensive underwater videography training they undertake with us. Our divers unbounded enthusiasm and creativity makes The Film Company what it is to day and we are proud to have been associated with all those who have trained with us over the years.

Co Founder, Owner and Creative Director
Sharky founded The Film Company ten years ago at around the same time as he began instructing. Film making is his passion followed a close second by his love of teaching.
It is important to us that our interns and employees continue to learn and grow as professionals and add to their skills sets as they progress. We encourage their individuality and strive to constantly develop their skills what ever stage of their career they are at.
Each person has a different style and eye and brings something new to the table, we all learn from each other. You have to love the ocean and hard work, it’s a demanding job but the creative results are more than worth it. We’re tough because we demand the best out of our professional videographers but the people that we train and work with are the best! They are back-bone of our business with out them, and their abounding enthusiasm, professionalism and talent we wouldn’t be where we are today.
